We have taken great trouble to ensure their authentic flavours by using renowned Normandy produce.


The ‘Marmites d'Augustine' are prepared with :


  • Beef from ‘Normande' stock
  • Pork raised on barley flour
  • Veal raised and killed in Normandy
  • Fresh vegetables sourced mostly in Normandy (except when out of season)

These dishes and terrines are traditionally stewed, without colorants or preservatives, then put into containers and sterilised for a shelf-life of 3 years at room temperature.
